John has been an independent board director on the Perfection Fresh board for the past 6 years. During that period John has been influential in the organizations marketing philosophy and the importance it places on branding and advertising.

From 1996 to 2019 John held senior roles within the Global Advertising Network DDB including chairman and CEO of DDB Group Asia Pacific, India, Japan, where his responsibilities span 33 agencies in 14 countries, and more than 3,200 employees.

John is one of the most successful agency network leaders in the Asia-Pacific in recent times and in 2013, was honoured as Global Marketer of the Year by the Academy of Marketing Science along with the Brand Leadership Award at the CMO Asia Awards.
